Feeling stressed and maybe a little overwhelmed as the festive break approaches and assignments submissions build up?

’Wolves Wellbeing Day’ is a day full of virtual events to help you take a breather. So, take some time out with us to de-stress, chill, learn some new skills, have fun, get to know new people, or just enjoy some company for the day to build your sense of wellbeing.

You are welcome to join us for the day or dip in and out of the different activities during the day. We shall be here from 9am to 5pm virtually on MS Teams.
